Cardwell Family Achievement Scholarship

The Cardwell Family Achievement Scholarship provides financial assistance for tuition and other related expenses to vocational education students at the University of Alaska Anchorage’s Matanuska-Susitna College, with a preference for students who are not receiving other tuition benefit.

Requirements: be a resident of Alaska; be an active military duty, National Guard or Reserve or have been honorably

discharged from military service; demonstrated motivation, achievement, a positive attitude and work ethic, as

determined by vocational instructors; enrolled full-time; have successfully completed twelve (12) credits of their college career at the Matanuska-Susitna College; attending vocation education courses at Matanuska-Susitna College.
