Molly Redman-Ahren Scholarship
The Molly Redman-Ahren Scholarship provides scholarships in the memory of Molly Redman-Ahren to students enrolled at any campus of the University of Alaska system who are seeking a degree in the area of human services. The intent of the fund is to provide financial assistance for a returning student seeking career advancement. The award is a multi-year award that follows a recipient through the completion of his/her degree providing they remain in good academic standing.
Requirements: be enrolled full-time or part-time with demonstrated employer approval; demonstrate a financial need; express an interest in working in the field of human services: nursing, social work, psychology, or counseling; minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference will be shown for one currently employed, seeking advancement in current job.
