Greg Wolf Global Logistics Scholarship
Gregory G. Wolf is the son of Gerald and LaVonne Wolf. Mr. Wolf Received his Bachelor of Arts in Business at Antioch College in Ohio. He also spent two years at the University of Colorado in Boulder and one year at the American College in Paris. In addition, he attended the Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Osaka, Japan, where he completed a six-month long Japanese language immersion program. He also spent a year in Tokyo studying the management and the marketing practices of American companies doing business in Japan.
Mr. Wolf is the executive director of the World Trade Center of Alaska and is a member of the World Affairs Council. He also owns Wolf’s Appliances. Mr. Wolf is a part of the University of Alaska Anchorage’s College of Fellows, and is a member of the College of Fellows’ Development Committee.
In addition to the Greg Wold Logistics Scholarship, Mr. Wolf has established three other scholarships. In 2002, Mr. Wolf established the Melissa J. Wolf Scholarship in memory of his wife, for students pursuing a degree in accounting. In 2008 he established the Gail Marshall Culinary Arts Scholarship in memory of his partner. In 2018 Mr. Wolf established the LaVonne E. Wolf Small Business Administration Scholarship in memory of his mother.
